Harriet Browne’s latest abstract paintings are a celebration of colour. Metallics are a key thread that weave their way throughout her explorations of her soul, expressing fear, anxiety, joy and liberty.
After working as a decorative painter artist touring and working in beautiful private estates and commercial entities, Harriet completed her foundation at Richmond School of Art, and then studied at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art. Harriet now paints in her studio in London.
Harriet was shortlisted for the Royal Academy summer show and has had her paintings shown at the Chelsea Art Society summer exhibition and has exhibited at the Affordable Art Fair with Gallery Art *. ‘Hot and Baked’ was featured in Saatchi’s Chief curator picks for the week.
